By myself at mountain home this week. Kobe Grill was recommended to try. It sure did not disappoint. Service was super fast (almost too fast), Sushi and Niguri was fresh, delicious, and plenty of tuna. Had spring rolls, and salad too. All was good, sushi was stand out. A new favorite when in Murphy.

Kobe has become one of my top three restaurants in the area. I go for the sushi and nigiri primarily, which is likely not what most people order. But after eating raw preparations across the country, I have found my favorite here. The freshness of the fish, the consistency and flavor of the rice is ideal. Imagine my surprise to find this quality and enjoyment of an uncommon fish in Murphy, NC!

Honestly one of the best restaurants in this area. The food is always consistently so good and fresh every single time we have been here. The place is small so be prepared to wait but it’s worth the wait. Murphy has some great family owned restaurants and this is definitely on the top of our list. We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been here and will definitely keep coming back! 😊
